Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mutumina ("Mutumina," "we," or "us"). By creating an account, connecting integrations, or otherwise using our platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Mutumina.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Mutumina is a human-first automation platform that helps you create and publish content from Telegram to connected social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram). You create content through our bot or web interface; we assist with drafting, scheduling, and publishing. The service may include optional AI features for content refinement.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of third parties
• Post harmful, defamatory, harassing, or illegal content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the service for spam, fraud, or other abusive purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service (except as permitted by law)
• Circumvent any usage or security limitations

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

By connecting social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, etc.), you represent that you have the right to authorize Mutumina to access and post on your behalf. You remain responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines. We are not responsible for any action taken by a social platform against your account.

You may disconnect integrations at any time from your dashboard. Disconnecting will stop new posts from being published to that platform but will not delete content already posted.

Paid features may be billed through third-party processors such as Paystack or similar providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge you according to your chosen plan. Fees are generally charged in advance (e.g., monthly or annually).

Refund policy: Refunds, if any, are handled according to the plan and applicable law. Contact us for refund requests. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Payment processing is subject to the third-party provider's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the provider's conduct or any payment failures attributable to them.

Mutumina and its technology, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your content.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated or refined content is provided for assistance only; you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mutumina and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
